The upgraded system replaces lengthy in-person procedures with instant online processing. It is designed to help residents and travellers confirm their legal status before travel or major transactions.
The service, titled “Inquiry About Circulars and Travel Bans”, allows users to view case details, identify issuing authorities and settle outstanding financial amounts without visiting a police station or court office. Once eligible dues are paid electronically, the system removes the travel ban automatically.
